first off i would mention im 120lbs, and there obviously isnt much in the tank but i would call that a driver mod 
Lucky to even hook with these skinny tires in the cold. Out of 4 or 5 runs this was the only one that wanted to hook. Cant imagine what the car would do off the line with 4.10s and full pi swap

Roughly 7.1 seconds to 60
