Facebook Marketplace "jobs" scam?

So what is the scam or racket behind these ads I see on Facebook Marketplace? It is usually some pretty girl posing next to a car or a hand holding thousands of dollars in cash. They all say something to the effect of they are hiring full and or part time or need staff immediately!!! So what exactly are these about, or more specifically how do they attempt to steal your money/identity/etc. Just curious. I can't imagine anyone actually replies to any of this garbage, but they must get some otherwise they wouldn't keep posting them.

Yeah. I’d say identity theft. That and “give us your account and routing numbers so we can direct deposit your pay.” Then they drain your account.

Yeah they want your email and as personal information as they can get to start spear phishing you to get more - passwords, bank info etc.

They may not use it immediately; often they dump big chunks of stolen creds on the dark web for sale and other deviants will buy and use their bots to look for matching combos to extort cash or other schemes.
