Well, gas prices are fucked, But How Fucked are we?
Enter your gas price you are paying.

5 - 6 depending on where in the country and how bad things get in the Middle East.

    It’s already 4 - 5.

Are we talking national average here, I assume?

Since we're just at the start of the driving season and prices usually go up anyway, I'm thinking they go up another $1. I think of they jump that high quickly more countries get involved in opening the Strait. Maybe just wishful thinking, but that's my current guess.

I'm looking for what we're paying. It will vary widely, and my guess is CA folk are going to see the highest.

I get gas at my local Costco which is just about the cheapest I can find.
    Today its $4.99 regular/ $5.49 premium.

Last time I bought gas, back in February, it was $2.69. Now that I'm back at work, we'll see what I find; looks like the stations I usually use are $3.59 right now (most in the region are $3.89, give or take). Because I drive so much I can usually plan my day/route to take me past the best prices in the region.

I haven't needed to put gas into the Energi since December. Still got 2/3 of a tank after 2000 miles, and our electric bill last month was less than $0. :)

Lowest I found today was Wal-Mart at $4.03 it varies all over though, I saw a few stations at $4.69.

As for where it’ll go I prefer not to think about it

Walmart sells gas in the states?! I never knew that was a thing, there is not a single walmart in Canada that sells gas

Costco by me $3.69, Costco 25 miles away $3.52, Costco 35 miles away $3.49.

Since I live off the last Missouri exit with gas, we get charged a premium because of all the Illinois drivers getting gas here (still much cheaper than Illinois gas)....recently dropped to $3.79

And 87 octane is our standard low-grade option, but we do get 93 premium available in the city, but only 91 in rural towns.

They started adding stations in front of the Walmart "supercenter"in 2005-2010ish timeframe. Not all have them. The stations around here have a few drinks, candy and cigarettes. Maybe 2 ten foot long isles.

Not all of them, I actually didn’t fill up there either I filled up at Costco @ $4.09 for 87

The weird thing was the Wal-mart nearest me had a Murphy USA station in the parking lot since it was built back in like 2004, then in like 2009 or 2010 they ripped it out and added parking spots (that would never get used)... then in 2013 or 2014 they put a gas station back in, in a different section of the parking lot. :confused2:

The mom and pop gas station down the road from my house had it at $3.59 this morning when I filled the T- Bird up on my way to work...

Woodmans was back down to $3.99 today. Damnit why’d I fill up yesterday 😭

Whacko's fearmongering about gas prices? 😇

Prices here in FL are hovering around the $3.91 mark.

BJs is still in the $3.20s

Forgot to take a picture, but paid $2.98 for 88 today. That's 15% ethanol around here. Down a bit from a could days ago

I paid $5.79 for 87 earlier this week at my favorite station.

I cast my vote on my local prices (CA) and not national average.
