So anyone know the magic curse words to make the PS pump turn loose? I had been dreading the PS removal due to the pulley. Well, the puller I bought a few years ago just paid for itself. 2 minutes and pulley is off. For some reason I can't get the front lower bolt out but a 1/4" until it binds against the pressure line. With the other three removed I expected it to move away from block/timing cover to allow removal of bolt. No dice! Slight prying w/ screwdriver, light tap w/ 4# hammer nothing. No indication it wants to budge. I wouldn't want to knock the hell out of it and ruin a perfectly good pump. This is all that is preventing the cover removal. I can't wait to see what I have behind door #3. Do I dare whip out the map torch?

You can either remove the line and take the bolt out, orrrrr thug it out like me and just cut it out 🧐

You have to remove the pressure line. I never put that bolt back in afterwards
