Six Months!? Holy shit! :zraped:

Have you reached out to them at all?

Have you reached out to them at all?

Over the last few months I have called a couple times with no response. Left them a messege back in December aswell with no response. I do hope I'm texting the right number. Always a possibility things have changed inbetween here and there but either way nothing has arrived. I'd be curious if anyone else has done business with them in the last few months and actually got their goodies

@Zep5.0 was the most recent I’d heard having issues with them, as mentioned in chat. IF you do receive them the “mandrel” bends might look something like this

For me they were alright… 13-14 years ago, but they took tweaking to fit that annoyed me for the price. Based on my recent research it’s basically a one man operation now a days, long waits, questionable quality and zero communication is the norm

I bought my stuff years ago.
On the good side, you don't want the 2.25. the 2.5 sounds much better. I have both, same cheap muffler.

But what I got for the bird didn't look like what wile e got.
I'd forgotten; I have a kit for the red cougar still in the box. Gonna have to do an unboxing video. :)

At this point you need to have your CC company intervene before it's too late. Many will refuse to process chargebacks after a nominal duration, and hopefully yours hasn't already timed out.

The manufacturer's lack of response and product delivery is not to be taken lightly. In the business world, it's called fraud, and people go to prison for that.

Don't wait. Protect yourself and call your CC company now. Tell them the dates you tried to contact them and let them know they've ignored your inquiries, and they'll go after their wallets. Don't be surprised if the company starts responding after the CC takes your money back from them and claims "We'll ship it right away, there was some problem with our system!", but don't fall for the trap and give them more time.

I think I was right outside of the 90 day window for getting money from my VISA. Do not wait!

ill probably just get a 2.5 universal kit then if i can get this refunded.

@Zep5.0

Have you checked your order number on the site? Mine did finally update after it was shipped.

I never leave reviews online, but I did here in hopes of saving others that hassle. I suggest you do the same.

Last I knew Todd Drefinski(sp?) had an old trubendz kit that's never been used. I didn't want aluminized, so I didn't go after it. He lives in the Chicagoland area, IIRC. He's on the Facebook TCCOA

Yeah it still has said processing for the longest time. I will definitely leave one on google

Hope you can get your money back or a clawback on your credit card charge. I’m shocked that you waited six months to raise the alarm to us. I would’ve been on the phone to my credit card after 4 to 6 weeks.

I called cc dpt for chase and pretty much got a "we will have to look into it" and I'm supposed to get a call back sometime throughout the work week

add on/ edit: also yeah i have been in a hibernation of some sort.. if you wanna call it that. Sort of lost motivation to be messing with the car and i honestly assumed they were just taking awhile. Ive waited longer for pc parts on ebay but yeah this is insane.

I get it. Things happen and life happens, but at least reach out and have the decency to let people know what is going on. Hopefully you are able to get your money back. I would search around for a local custom exhaust shop that works with stainless (if that is what you want). They are around.
