As I've learned, for the best fit of Mark VIII arms on a Bird or Cougar, you need not just the Mark VIII arms but at least some of the various bolts that came with it. I'm trying to nail down what bolts you should have from the Mark VIII, vs what you can re-use from the Bird arm mounts.
Here's supposedly a picture of all relevant Mark VIII bolts:

Rear Shock LCA Bolt and Nut: Need one per side. TBSC says "The Mark VIII bolt is shorter than the Thunderbird/Cougar shock bolt if you are swapping in Mark VIII LCAs". I found a picture from an SCCOA thread claiming the same thing: "The Mark 8 bolt is shorter with more threads ... I ran out of threads using the T-bird bolts."

Rear LCA to Knuckle Bolts: The surface area of both the stock Bird bolt head and nut are less than the Mark VIII bolts. You could make that up with washers, but the Bird bolts are ~10mm shorter already so losing threads is not the best idea.

So you need those two types for sure.
Can anyone who's done this swap tell me for certain which of the other Mark VIII LCA bolts I need to make this work properly?
