So I installed a mechanical oil pressure gauge years ago in my A-pillar gauge pod. It appears that some of the pictures have been lost over the years, so I took some new ones while I was fixing my odometer last weekend.

I bought two pre-made braided stainless steel -4AN hoses (one 3' long and one 4'long, I think).

I installed an 1/8" brass street tee (one end has male pipe threads, the other two openings are female threads) and an 1/8" brass street 90º into the factory sender location near the waterpump on my SC.

I installed a -4AN bulkhead fitting in the firewall. I drilled through one of the clutch pedal dimples in the firewall for the location. Then added a -4AN street 90º

I installed vinyl tubing over the braided stainless so the stainless steel wouldn't rub through any of the other wiring in my gauge pod.

Still going strong after 20+ years.
