I don't know about the LEDs, but one local yard has a 93/94 non-SC = dark lower stripe set with tiny pieces cracked off the edge. Not good enough for me to pick up, but potentially sufficient for your purposes. Next time I'll go there, I'll message you with pictures.

I've looked at the images but, plain and simple, are there any cracks or chips in them anywhere that's visible? I don't care about scratches, or damage to the area that's not visible when installed.

How much was the shipping including the agent orange tax?

I bought a couple used cams last year from the dark side, and the tax/duty was ridiculous even then, I got an email to pay an extra 60.00 or so for them to cross the red line of doom.
I got rockauto stuff last week or so, no higher charges than usual at the border.
If it is just a private deal, the seller should work with the buyer to lower the fees due... orange man may deport you for that though, but he should not know about it.

It was $105 shipping alone plus over $30 in customs.

And the seller, yours truly, has no room to "work with" the buyer. These lights came from a relatively expensive yard, plus I drove for three hours, plus tolls.

And simply declaring a much lower value would not only border on fraud, it would also compromise insurance, because all the information goes through UPS. And I don't send anything fragile without insurance.
