Does any one know if the New-ray dollar store 97 diecast Thunderbirds are still being made, or if anyone has one.

In looking on-line, appears thier current inventory does not include Ford cars (according to Target). And there web site was not reachable at the time I tried.

They have some awesome old model convertables! (yes I got in)

I like this one, too bad its not the 69 SS version:

Did a search on their site for Thunderbird and the search engine found nothing. Best of luck getting your model to look like your car. Will that go with the car when you sell it? :p

I haven't even started on what I want to do with this car yet, so I don't want to think about selling it, but most likely I won't. It would be a pretty cool thing to have.

I was just pulling your leg on that one... :)

You're in for a lot of fun with this car!

Jesus. Either a professional buyer or there's a stinker in here. I'll PM you if I see one.

I've been sniped a few times on ebay; there are people that bid just to jack up the price. I keep a 'naughty' list, and I raise their cost anytime I see them, lol.
I do get some good deals tho. I buy older test equipment by HP and others, that I'm familiar with.
I snagged a 50v 50A hp power supply, for 50 bux. It cost 100 to ship, and it's so heavy, I can barely move it. It takes 220, so it can only be used in two places. This house has 2 220 plugs for heat, they used in the 60's, apparently. One heater is still downstairs, If I ever need it. I can only imagine the cost for running that. I have gas/hvac now, thankfully.

I remember trying to buy a 45k bird. The bidding war began like 2 hours before the end of it. That pissed me off. I read that there's a way to script bidding at final moments, though I doubt thats what happened here

Gas is good, but Im a sucker for vaulted ceilings. I'd get a space heater if I knew which ones aren't hazardous. Goodwill sometimes has some cheap ones

I’m done with eBay strategies, I just bid when I find what I need and set the high bid to the true max of what I’m willing to pay. Last minute bidding never works anymore, everyone(or bot) tries it at the same time and it’s a roll of the dice. If someone overcomes my max then they’re just suckers who overpaid, if they pump it up to my max and I still win oh well, it’s not a deal but at least I got it. Ironically I’ve scored more deals doing that than not

I setup my browser today to not show any crap from eBay when I do a search. So sick of half the crap that shows up when I do a search is from eBay.

Nice you got one. Looks good!

This was actually 1:32 scale right? There might be so dioramas available

If I had extra cash I would get a garage for some of the 1:64 hotwheels
