Didn't notice that. IIRC they have the backlit buttons in them too... If you ever come across a gray one let me know, I might be interested

The backlit buttons came later, 1995 IIRC. You can visually tell them apart by the texture, the backlit ones are smooth where the earlier ones are more grainy (same as the MN12 buttons)
 
The Mark buttons have a nicer clicking feel for some reason. What I don't like is that the cruise connector sits sort of loose in the bottom of the wheel, whereas on MN12 it's attached to the horn switch. I'm tempted to keep this wheel for myself...but mine is still pretty, even with plastic spokes.

Grey is the color I see the most in Marks. But beautiful steering wheels are rare. Most of them have those stupid covers on them, which imprint into the leather and make the wheel altogether worthless.
