4R70W Replacement recommendations

Hello all, I am looking for some options on a complete replacement trans for my car. I have a 97 4.6 with PI cams and intake and 3.73 gears. The trans is starting to slip and instead of having it rebuilt i would rather just buy a complete trans. If anyone has any experiences/recommendations on that i would appreciate the input. I live in the Tampa FL area if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance.

Lots of info on this site. A good option is having a 2002 from a crown Vic non police rebuilt.
