Preface: I don't know much about car electronics, as far as draw, etc.

Will a 200 amp alternator be enough to power the car, 2 Amps, electronic fans for both radiator and Trans cooler? And should I get one with internal regulator?

Crown Vic PPVs use a 200A alternator, so you should be more than fine. RockAuto sells the Motorcraft ones.

Make sure your wiring can handle it though.

Wiring is all new, battery relocated to the trunk. Thanks!

That should be more than enough, as long as the stereo isn’t ridiculous. And yes, internally regulated is the way to go.
Thanks! 850 watts between the 2 Amps. Nothing crazy at all.
