I've compiled a list of some of the more commonly used acronyms you might find on the site, in the context of how they're likely being used on the site. I've tried to omit the silly/less useful ones, but if there are some you can think of that I've missed, let me know and I'll add to the list.

DC = Direct Current
DIN refers to size 2″ x 8″ opening that a radio fits into. DIN stands for Duetch Industri Normen (German Industry Standards) which the Germans starting using to standardize the radios in Audis, BMWs, Mercedes and VWs way back in the mid 80’s. It has since become the industry standard.
DOUBLE DIN is the same width of 8″ but is 4″ instead of 2″.

I don’t know for sure but I think SN95 is Specialty-North American-project 95(ala MN12), and following that logic with later model Mustangs being global cars they were simply Specialty-197, Specialty-550, Specialty-650. That’s just an educated guess.
