Structurally intact
Top screw holes missing
Two of three bottom tabs intact; the third is hanging on but has a visible crack
Right side tabs intact
Clip near vent intact
Surface needs some love = cleaning

This is a beautiful panel overall. It could easily be refinished in black if desired. The top holes can be secured by putting screws through nylon bushings or rubber plugs; I wouldn't bother trying to repair those holes.

Shipping these requires a lot of packaging. Even then, there's risk of breakage, which is why I always insure...
