Ha! Yeah, you're definitely low, but this panel doesn't add any downward depth really. It sits no lower than that K-member structural piece. Well, other than the quarter inch or so of thickness of the panel itself.

The one on my car has a distinct center sag, whereas the one I'm selling is essentially straight.
