Dude was going to attack a store and his workplace, with his stockpile of "hammers and knives" in a state that has open carry and tons of gun owners. I know how that would end here,lol.
I can walk around town with a full auto weapon, and no permit of any kind. Same laws as NC.
(you do need to be in legal possession of the weapon.)
