Cheers! Got some Irish imports and convinced myself a holiday allows for a steak purchase. Hanger cut pan seared then convection baked on a bed of mushrooms and butter with rosemary. Crude recipe that can be honed. The butter lettuce wasn't a great call. If I were to make it again the mushrooms would be cut more, and with diced radishes
