Ok so here's the story, I'll keep it short. I refreshed the brakes last summer and it went great, then I noticed a hot brake smell, traced it to the rear drums and couldn't figure it out past that. Took it to the mechanic (an independent one) and he figured out that it was the parking break seized up, which is kinda weird considering i was using before and it was fine for a long time but I trust he's right because it did get tight one day and then the smell started. Anyway, he gave me a list of the parts that would need to be replaced but of course said he can't get parts (because he only has one supplier) so what I'm going to do is find the parts I need and then have him install them, because I don't feel like messing with the brakes anymore plus I don't have the time.

So this is where you guys come in. I need help identifying on RockAuto exactly which parts to get as the names aren't quite the same and I sure as hell don't want to order parts and pay the shipping from the states and have it be wrong.
So here's what the quote said for parts.

obviously ignore the prices, there cad and this is just his quote.
I was looking on rockauto and some of the parts names are slightly different so I need some help identifying which ones to get, names are helpful, and links are even more appreciated. also any advice on which ones are quality is also super helpful. For reference, I have a 1990 thunderbird with the 4 speed auto and 3.8l and floor mount parking brake.
Thanks guys

The only place to get those cables is a JY. Ra might have pads.
