Oil Pan questions

I'm seriously thinking about resurrecting my attempt to make a sheet steel oil pan (SC based) with ~6qt capacity and a baffle. Plans I had about a decade ago if anyone remembers. I know this is more desirable on the SC so may have only been on SCCOA (my password there escapes me at the moment).

Does any one have access to a pan not installed so that either I can get measurements or you can take the measure for me? Also what is the thread on the Oil Level sending unit. My memory say 20mm but can't be sure nor do I remember the pitch.

My extra pan was lost with many of my other parts when the car was stolen.

I have one for a 4.6, that Oscar did exactly what you're describing to.
Won't do you any good, but I just like to brag,lol.

Goes without saying but I already had that sorted.

I didn't see it written in you post so I thought I would mention it. Nice job though! Hope you get the new pan and get it installed soon.

But its been a project for nearly 15 years now (yes there was a long time I did nothing). Now the biggest thing is getting the flange formed properly in front and rear.
