Has anyone ever come across this code? I’ve tried doing some research on it but not getting anywhere, I’ve been having an issue lately where the car randomly goes limp and super rich, this is the only code coming up.

Man, I'd bet you have some wires melted together inside the engine loom. Something is shorting and confusing the computer.

Found my issue. I had a slightly broken wire at the ICM connector. Repaired the wire and it’s all good!

Was it an obvious break from the outside or did you find it by ohming it out?

It was barely noticeable, I followed the wires from the ICM connector to the coil pack, and found a tiny break in it. I think it happened when I installed my Kenny Brown Strut tower bar.
