Looks like need to replace all the rear bushings, hey they've lasted 30+ years. How much will ride quality suffer if I go with Poly on the rear?

Probably improve, but I doubt you would notice much. I have poly in the back, and I did not notice any difference.

I noticed zero difference in ride quality whatsoever. I have Poly in the inboard LCAs knuckle and sway bar endlinks bushings, only rubber on my car is in the inboard UCAs and the IRS cradle bushings

Just make sure they’re well lubed before install and better yet lubeable with grease fittings added like you would delrin bushings. Squeaks are really the biggest potential con of Poly without this.

A huge unsung benefit to poly is you don’t have to worry about control arm position when torquing bolts like you do with rubber ever again, they pivot around the sleeve rather than are bonded to it so there is no binding whatsoever with ride height changes, tightening at droop etc.
