SVO blower HELP!

I had mentioned to him about the timing, and he said “thats not correct regarding the timing tables”

It’s not the main tables like Borderline or Max allowed, this table if left stock clips those tables as the PCM always defaults to the lower value. This is what it looks like manual swap vs the stock auto tune

Alright, so I’m still not making any boost while accelerating. However, it’s idling slightly better after swapping back to the oem throttle body, I posted a video of it idling, you can hear the supercharger whining a little bit (the tick is the injectors) I’ve gone over this thing 100 times. I’m thinking it’s related to the manual swap and my tuner not fully removing all the auto trans features, although he says it’s not. Any input?!

Regardless of the tune it should still make some boost. I can see the bypass valve moving, so that’s not it. Honestly at this point I would be suspicious of the condition of the internals of the supercharger itself.

It’s been completely rebuilt, let me see if I can find the slip.

Agreed. There possibly might be other tune related issues with the trans swap but not building boost isn’t one I see. I’m leaning toward this being a mechanical issue with the SVO at this point

Is this my old blower? Can’t remember who I sold it to.
I bought your old one. It's still sitting in the shed.

@Ericv8thunderbird if the Audio is close to IRL, it doesn't sound right. I'll see if I can find a vid of mine idling, but yours sounds more rattly and whiny.

Edit: found a vid from when I first put it on the car.

In the eaton blower I had, there's a plastic coupler, designed to break if there are problems.

Tired the belt off, and hand in the intake. I feel very light suction. I talked to Bob at Stiegemeier, and we went through some trouble shooting. He thinks the tune could be way off. I know the fuel and air trims are good, but he’s concerned with the timing.

Do you have a vid with it running, like trying to do a pull? How much vacuum does it pull when you aren't getting on it?
Edit:
Also, talk to Lance DFW on FB. He's great when it comes to tuning over the air. I would share my specs with you but we have a few differences

The vac is normal while idling or cruising, but when I step on the throttle, the gauge goes to 0, no boost whatsoever.

It's acting like it's NA... Maybe the plastic coupler?

Edit: I re-read the invoice. What do they mean by "strip rotors"? Removed the coating, or did they add Teflon strips?

It's an air pump, engine tune isn't going to affect boost. Either it's got a huge leak, or the internals aren't turning.
Even with the bypass fully open, it should build some boost.

Plastic coupler?

I’m not sure that was the slip from the previous owner of the blower, I sent it back to have it PI ported.

A broken spring loaded coupler will still make boost - it's just really noisy.

So, remember awhile back I posted about having a hard time filling my tank? Well, the flap in the filler neck, at the end of the filler neck was stuck shut.

I’m assuming this would cause a vac issue? 🤔
Which, I'm wondering if that would be related to any supercharger issues.

Not likely.
