Wanted Visor Mirror

Does anyone have any decent leads for a visor mirror replacements? I just need the glass.

I'm in the middle of redoing the headliner and that turned into redoing the visors and everything else I have extra fabric for.

Any junkyards in your area? You have to look for self-service yards. They usually go by names such as U-pull or pick-a-part. Look for LKQ, fossupullit, row52, etc.

Local pick n pull gets $25 for what is usually crap old visors which isn't worth $10.

What color? I have a few visors with intact mirrors, I wouldn’t want to attempt pulling the mirror from them but I’d sell you the flip assembly

I might have the mirror glass. I will let you know tomorrow, I would have to go into the shed and dig through all my car crap in the middle of the night and its cold out and I really hate going out in the cold in my PJ's looking for crap in my shed in the dark when no one is around and its quiet and just scarey and I could die.

Ahhh, do I see faux suede? Which product did you use, and which color? Mine is the "Synergy II" headliner fabric.

I used some Car Elements Beige Synthetic Suede off Amazon. I did another headliner on a Golf using their black and it was pretty solid. I ended up using permatex headliner glue and threw in some Amazon Basics sound deadener in while I was in there. Its a lot better.

Next is to have the seats redone, replace the carpet, rewrap the steering wheel, and add a double din. It's getting there though.

I've got a couple of good mirrors left over when I got some nice replacement visors from the other site long time ago. My visors were all raggedy but I saved the mirrors, two plastic surrounds and one mirror board backing. From '95 T-bird with interior trim code H mocha. Mirrors are in good shape, no scratches or loss of silvering that I can see. I'll send them to you for free if you want them.
