As Grog will atest to those engines are usually still in factory tolerance at 300k miles or more. So 150k is nothing to be concerned about other than transmission remaining life.
 
Is there a forum that shows the steps needed to take to do the 4v swap. I was looking for one but couldn't find it.
 
I wouldn’t worry about the mileage, assuming it has been maintained. Before swapping it in, I would pull the pan and check a couple rod and main bearings, and maybe the timing chains and guides, and as long as those aren’t damaged, it should be fine. Even if the engine was damaged, it’s probably still worth it for all the miscellaneous parts you’ll need for the swap, and you could always either rebuild it, or buy another used engine.
