In searching for a water pump it looks like our 5.0 water pump is counter clockwise rotating. It's it compatible with Fox mustang? I thought our pulleys matched 94-95 mustang but those appear to be shorter about. Is this the same for the balancer, where I can just pretend to be a fox mustang for ordering sake?

The fox body pump won’t work, the bolt pattern is different, and if you switch the timing cover to the fox body style, the water pump pulley won’t line up with the rest of the MN12 accessories. The 94/95 Mustang GT pump will work and bolt to the MN12 timing cover as long as you aren’t running a mechanical fan, but you will need the corresponding 94/95 Mustang water pump pulley.

Dang, they don't make this easy do they?! Summit listed a PRW hi-flow pump for our cats and when I cross referenced it for F-150, E-150, bronco, etc.

Any other models a direct fit? I'm assuming not.

How about the harmonic balancer?

The harmonic balancer is the same for any of the 50oz imbalance 5.0s, except for the Explorer. As far as I know, no other water pumps will work without changing the timing cover and accessory drive setup.

Thank you!
