Do you guys know where I could find this part online or how I could fix it?

The rest of the window trims on the car are in pretty good condition, but these ones have been bugging me since I got it.

The bottom one is easier to get a good finish on because it's entirely aluminum, but the top pieces both have a rubber gasket integrated into their finish that seals up against the glass. Regardless I sanded all of mine down and painted them with DupliColor Trim Paint over 15 years ago, and they still look great.

In my case I didn't sand off the rubber gasket part off of the top pieces - just the top surface that had been peeling/corroding, if that makes sense.

I have an OEM new-in-package upper sitting in my garage in my private stash of parts.

I'll let ya have it for $2,000 .... J/K  It's not for sale.

But, yeah, the other suggestions that have been given will work just fine.

A strip of this or equivalent would probably work to rebuild the seal on the upper.

I’ve painted a few top ones, and after awhile they tend to get sticky.

I painted mine, top and bottom of rear window, with PlastiDip, and both turned out oddly sticky, which has never happened before with PlastiDip.

I sell these pieces occasionally when I find nice junkyard units; they always sell the same day.

My own pieces look fine in spite of the stickiness.

I managed to replace the top in this thread:

With the caveat that the guy wasn't 100% sure which piece it was that he used to do so; you'll have to do a bit of digging. But it works great.

So the lower trim wont cause any leaking and can just be painted? Mine starting going last year
