Door side trim

Is there a source for the stick-on bar-type door trim as shown in the picture below? I've had it fall off from my 94SC and the 95LX has to come off to repair surface rust underneath.

Do you have junkyards in your area?

Removal should be easy, assuming it's just double-sided tape; just pull some dental floss under it.
