Hello everyone! Has anyone found a way to reseal where the plastic tank meets the female threaded insert where trans cooler line fitting enters tank? It's seeping coolant.

We’ll see if others chime in, but it’s probably best to just replace the radiator. If you do successfully patch it that plastic is ~30 years old and brittle, it’ll leak somewhere else.

Yeah, I'll probably go with the drop in all aluminum for a few car-dollars.https://www.radiatorexpress.com/product/radiator/ford/1995/thunderbird/lx/46l-v8/220951/1140567#tabs

I put a Spectra plastic tank rad in the '97 several years ago and it has been fine. I think it was even made in Canada. I've honestly never had much trouble with any of the replacement plastic tank rads in any of my cars.

You my have issues with the thickness of a 4 pass radiator. The 3 pass cobra rad required ditching the ac.
Looks great tho. I'd recommend not trying to fix the leaky one;it never works for long.
