What did you do with your Thunderbird Today?

They aren't my thing, but it's your car. What is my thing, is that your phone holder looks like an air brake knob at first glance. I grew up around big rigs so I still see it even though it's not yellow.

Yeah I’m not a fan either, I remember when they were kind of a thing when people more commonly modded SN95s. Plus they don’t light up like the stock ones

In my opinion, the chrome there looks out of place since there is nothing else chrome to tie into. Plus it clashes with the wood grain trim all around it. However if you made some urethane coated wooden ones…

Ok...even I shouldn't like these. They're not even OEM. It must be some sort of guilty pleasure I can't replicate on photos. They give the controls a sort of chunky weightedness, visually and to the touch.

And I don't think it clashes. It ties in with other chrome touches I added.

Metal knobs are cool. If they're too bright there's a bunch of translucent paint.

The chunkiness is actually what I don’t like most about them, if they looked like stock knobs i’d probably be a little more embracing, as I do think the finish can work with your themes

I’m not crazy about the knobs.

But, great job on the phone mount, that looks very clean!
