Found WTB SATC blower motor harness

Looking for the pigtail that goes between the PWM controller and the blower motor. 2 wires, about 1' long.

Side note: what does PWM mean?

Yep. I used it on the Mark VIII, then the T-bird started acting up!

PWM = pulse width modulated

Why/how are these harnesses breaking?
