Looks like it could be decent and the price is right. Don't see any rust in the rockers from the pics. Think they pulled the driveshaft to tow it on the dolly? Eh, not that it matters. 94/95 so probably needs a transmission rebuild anyway. :D

I’m jelly! Been looking for one. How many miles are on it and how much did you get it for (if you don’t mind me asking.)

Rare interior I'm guessing.

Interesting! Makes the dials and gauges pop

Rare interior I'm guessing.

The white leather was part of the feature car option but I didn’t think 96s got it, my 94 originally came with the white leather but it had embroidered Cougar logos in the seat backs as well as the corners of the floormats as part of the package, oh and the piping matched the interior color.

Not saying it’s not factory as info about the feature car package is murky(I learned fairly recently it was even called that even though my car has it) but I’ve not seen it executed before like that in that year. There were some dealers that did the landau tops that changed the seat covers to white too, but it’s odd this isn’t one

Did you keep those seats? They looks great, the white is really cool and unusual...

Sadly no, letting them go is one of my biggest regrets 😭

I do still have the floormats and the door/speaker inserts that were unique to it though

'95 5 speed SC. Says it has a misfire.

V6, low miles. Looks really clean.

I don't understand the "I don't want to sell, I only want to trade" thing. Looks nice. Sneaky wet paint pics, but the paint looks okay to me. Pretty low mileage. Just getting primed for a transmission rebuild.

Misfire and top sun damage on the bird, how familiar

Nice finds!

Good question. Id imagine they're either implying that they can afford to ignore lower bids, or that they don't want professional buyers? It is interesting to go into craiglist and look under 'barter' instead of cars for sale. In a sense, they're deliberately hiding their own ad

I’m not a V6 guy but the black Cougar is really nice, especially with the black interior! That’s not a common combo on a 93

How much you wanna bet the pump groans and thats why she thinks is going out :rofl:its a ford, they all do that. Its an auto car but I like it

Looks clean and the seats are nice besides some wear on the drivers.

"Classic car, only 35000 ever made" Only?

Y'all will get a kick out of this one!

Respect for anything that is done well, it looks like a nice job. That said I don't understand them

Rare indeed and it is such a clean car. V6 can be easily remedied.

Seems like a decent car and not too bad of a price. Must be something more to it for it have been listed for so long.

Battery replacement procedure:
Step 1: remove left front fender?

It's a bitch to get one out, if you don't have a strap on it.
I pulled one from an old battery, after almost losing fingernails, lol.

Why is the trunk paint so much worse than the front? Looks like a decomposing orange.

I would like to but I've of these for a few hundred bucks just to see how hard it would be to put it back. Front would likely be pretty easy, but major bodywork on the rear.

You should have bought one of them as the parts car to put your Cougar back together.

Anyone need 2 Thunderbirds? With parts of course.

I think this one will be hard to sell. It is just so much time commitment.
