LKQ Durham. This car is gorgeous, why would anyone scrap it? Shoot why would LKQ not sell it?

Agreed, that car looks too good to be scrapped. Are you headed there? If not, I'd be tempted to go down and pick up some parts...

Meanwhile, I just realized that my LKQ alerts now go into my junk mail folder. Anyone signed up for alerts, you may want to check your emails.

Ok, so on second thought, I think I shouldn't risk it. The easily saleable parts look questionable. I think I'm seeing a crack in the cluster surround, and the rubber on the rear roof trim is missing. Steering wheel has a cover on it, which usually messes up the leather.

I'd be curious about the history of this car. Paint and lighting fixtures look unfaded, yet the dash top is cracked. Interior seems very clean though.

I'm sure there are tons of great parts on it for someone local. I just don't want to spend a full day for stuff I might not be able to sell. It probably has an intact header panel, too.

I need those center caps! I wonder if it has all 4.

ive scraped one full of rust, but year even the paint there looks good. Id be curious what the frame looks like because i was about to buy a white tbird that looked perfect on the outside but had like half a rear subframe XD

I’ve attempted to buy a car from a junkyard to no avail. I’d might try harder to get that one. Best color IMO
