I've been going back and forth on these. They're actually really nice for the driver, because it's much easier to reach your seatbelt.
However, I'm probably one of the few people who have rear seat passengers very regularly. Personally, I just get in/out under the seatbelt (traditional American style from the days when the seatbelts came out of the ceiling); that doesn't seem to work for passengers. They tend to take the belt out of the guide, get in/out, put the belt back into the guide. It turns into a dance.

If anyone wants them:
- $25 (pair) OBO plus shipping
- They come from a Dodge Challenger
- To make them fit, the hole closer to the belt was extended outward by approximately an 8th of an inch
- I used a translucent tube around the outboard rod to hold them up
