Post a picture you took today

2 months and this shit shows up. If I wanted to spend $411 for shit I'd have taken it to the local Midas. FFS!

Even Midas would do better. Those ripples look like autozone grade pipes! You could probably piece together the pipes using the eBay mandrel bend kit I bought only for the front. I’d make an issue of this with them, that’s absolutely unacceptable.

I have left a message, and kept it nice for now. I'm pissed...

I’m pissed for you! The wait alone was already obscene, I got mine 10 years ago and the turnaround time was like a week or two tops. This kind of slip in quality and service is really troubling to see

Am I losing my mind, or did Trubends always say they were mandrel bent?
I would be going ape shit all over them for this. Glad you held back, it's more professional. And in this day and age, the person you talk to most likely knows nothing about the issue other than to say "I'm sorry for your... " So why take it out on them. Blow a gasket on shipping!

Been scouring google, it sounds like there might have been an ownership change in trubendz in the last year, google reviews are not good, nor are some of the statements on these forums which sound much the same as far as obscene processing time…

Where did your pipes ship from?

Waukesha WI, from a Randy Krickeberg. I personally wouldn't put my name on something like this.

Got the radius arms back from the powdercoater. These are for the 06 frame I'm putting on my 01 F250.

The emblems were originally cleared bare aluminum and pop riveted on🤮 had coated satin black and used stainless hardware to reattach. The arms came black.

Update here -
Been little over a year since I posted that. Coco is now ~85lbs, and according to her DNA mostly Lab and some Pitbull.
She has grown into a big well-tempered dog and gets along great with our other pets. She guards the kids (and me lol) when we are outside like it's her job.

Really lucked out with finding her! We are blessed & lucky she showed up in our lives.

Coco came along for a ride in the Cougar today, at the drive through they gave her a dog biscuit. She tried to get in the front seat but at 100lbs can't fit anymore:LOL:. I think she prefers my Navigator over the Cougar

Came up at the JY today, 50$ for this explorer gt40 intake. Undecided if I should sell it orrrr make a coffee table out of it.

Also got these jaguar XJR rear calipers for $25 a piece. Thinking of swapping out the cobra rear kit and putting these one. 11.65” vs 13” rotor

Kinda like this.

Is the Jag brake setup fairly simple? I don't recall seeing anything about this before

@Zep5.0 no, there isn’t any bracket available for this. I just saw them and they’re so cheap I thought ehh why not try it out.

The bracket would be similar to how the cobra on is, aluminum chunk cut to adapt these to our hubs.

"Not this early" is understating it. It's a month short of being on the complete opposite side of the calendar. That has to be a permanent display at that store because they don't have anything else to fill the retail space.

I was there about a month ago and there was none that Christmas bullshit there at that time. So no, it's not on permanent display.

Corporate America at it's best!

Joe

You can thank corporate America for ruining Black Friday as well. It used to be a fun thing people got up early went out to the stores. Then it was eventually pushed into Thanksgiving. Then it was all week. Now I see "Black Friday Sales" all times of the year.
