Quoted for troof. Where else are you going to find a late 60's two door anything that is mostly complete and this condition for $3k? I'm actually surprised a derby guy hasn't snatched it up yet.C bodies are the last frontier of affordable Mopars,

Ever seen the Audi UFO brakes from the 80s/90s? They inverted the disc and caliper so they could run larger rotors on a 15" wheel.I don't mind larger wheels on older cars as long as it is for a purpose. Too often I see 18" wheels and then they have whatever aftermarket kit they got so they can say they have disc brakes with 9" rotors. The wheels on the Pontiac just look goofy to me.
Never seen or heard of them, but it seems like a very German thing to do.Ever seen the Audi UFO brakes from the 80s/90s? They inverted the disc and caliper so they could run larger rotors on a 15" wheel.
Oh it was.Never seen or heard of them, but it seems like a very German thing to do.

Yup!

My brother in law had one with a stick and he rolled his one night.

That is a very nice Thunderbird. I REALLY like the interior. Why would anyone want to sell something that nice?

Lots of reasons.
Buyer's remorse, life changes (marriage, divorce, moving, etc., too many cars. Whatever the reason.
Same. I remember when I tracked down my grandfather’s old Hemi Superbird, the new owner had it completely restored and only trailered it to shows, and my immediate thought was I could never own a car like that because there is no way I wouldn’t be driving every day there wasn’t snow on the ground.Honestly I wouldn’t feel worthy of caretaking a car that rare, original and mint. I keep my Cougar clean and nice but to me it’s not on the level of something untouched like that. Plus having much more of a mindset for hot rodding than I do preservation I wouldn’t know what to do with the damn thing. I don’t enjoy car shows to display it, and I could get much rattier high mile cheaper SCs to drive and get the same level of enjoyment from.

Maybe you could use it as a chick magnet....... I wouldn’t know what to do with the damn thing.
No MN12s (yet?) They're all hosted on Hagerty's website

This is the car that convinced me on the wheels.Interesting two-tone paint job.

Looks clean underneath, but that is about it. It has rust starting to show under the hood, a fairly worn interior, and burned-out paint. I would guess 50,000 miles. Maybe someone was a bit overzealous with the odometer rollback/replacement?Not sure what to make of this one. Do I believe low mileage on this? Doesn't seem legit. Not real sure how one proves original air in tires or how those tires managed to hold the factory set air for almost 30 years.

This thing actually looks pretty good and isn't wildly overpriced and it's at a used car dealer so I am immediately suspicious. Shock towers under the hood look clean so maybe there is hope?

I think thermodynamics says that this can't really be true, also regardless, I would not be caught dead driving on tires that are 28 years old! that's a horrible idea, anyone who thinks it's a flex to have original tires on a car are too stupid to save. I can appreciate a well kept all original car but I DO NOT take safety lightly, we are driving 2 ton death machines down the road, they better be fit to drive and do it safely at that. 30 year old tires are certainly not thatNot real sure how one proves original air in tires or how those tires managed to hold the factory set air for almost 30 years

94/95 Xenon front bumper cover.

1983 T-Bird. This thing is sharp. I would have a hard time owning this because I would want to drive it and make improvements to the suspension and brakes destroying its value. Digital gauges?!?!? In 1983?? Dangit where is the exploding head emoji?
