Post a picture you took today

I Wish I could still cook easy over eggs; since II had a stroke, eggs, pancakes, and bacon are all microwaved. I just bought an egg cooker, I miss egg mcmuffins every morning. I'm too far away from micky d's for delivery. and I'm still waking up at 5:20 every morning. :) After you do it for 30+ years, you will too, lol.
I'm normally not a fan of single purpose cooking gadgets (well sometimes i am), I have a friend who SWEARS by this machine

Says it works brilliantly. That being said, I dont think they are serious cooks but still, seems like it would solve your egg mcmuffin urge.
Also, as far as english muffins purchased from a store (vs from a bakery) are concerned, the ones in the dairy refrigerated section (around here the brand is "Bays") are noticeably better tasting than the "Thomas brothers" ones you can find in the bread aisle. I was skeptical at first but tried them and am a convert.

These extra thick ones made by a local bakery are miles better though. The price is a little painful though.

I'll have to look at the sandwich maker. Walmart has them cheap, I'll look anyway. Ease of cleaning is necessary, my hand eye coordination is doing better. I'm going to try to repair a geiger counter tomorrow, I broke the regulator tube in it 35 years ago, and I found a replacement 900v regulator tube. Now if I can solder it in. :) I need to get some white gas to clean stuff with. it's $10, and Flux-off is $100, and they are both Hexane, so Walmart this weekend. :) I need some dot 10 brake fluid, and some kerosene lamp fuel too. Walmart is great for esoteric shit.
I heard from Discover today, my account is supposedly going to be back Monday, and PayPay should be doing their stuff. They took the fraud off my bill, so I'm still on the hook for my purchases, so they should give you and jco back the cash for the parts. If not, I'll have to talk to MY attourney. The fraud had nothing to do with me, my pos niece stole my card when she was helping me clean. :( I have it set up now so that if anything over $1.00 sends me an email. I didn't know my card was gone until I got a message it was maxxed. It's amazing I haven't lost it and gone on a rampage, lol. This las year sucked more than most.

We ended up with a surprise hawk looking "Easter egg" chicken from Tractor Supply. After two years it has finally started laying eggs. Green eggs and bacon for brunch.

Whenever I cook multiple eggs in one pan, I cannot for the life of me get them to cook separately like this. They tend to "meld together" and I have two yokes on one white.

How level is your cooking surface? I know that helps.
If not, they make rings you can drop into a pan. Or even use a cookie cutter.

When they run together I just cut them apart in the pan and flip. Of course I use a cast iron pan so cutting with a metal spatula is of no concern.

I’ve got an ostrich egg to cook, I don’t think I have a pan large enough though.

I remember taking my kid to an ostrich farm in the bay area. I think 1 ostrich egg = 24 or 36 chicken eggs so maybe a standard wok would be large enough? Or maybe a sheet pan across multiple burners?

There was an snl skit in the 70's, where mr mike ate a gingerbread man, as it bled out jelly. I never saw that rerun, lol.

Running in my Brothers neighborhood in SoCal and saw this cover blowing in the breeze. Never cared for the tail lights on these as well as the Galaxy or Fairlane. Would still be a cool car done up right. Plus the fact it's not falling apart due to rust is pretty rare for me to see.

I think that's a 66; we had one. My dad destroyed it, iirc. He wrecked as much as I used to, lol.

My parents had a 66 galaxies with the 390. My dad really liked that car, but my mom got in an accident and totalled it with my two older brothers in the car. That was back in the day that RWD cars were fine in the snow. Crazy they talked it's into FWD in the 80's ( I was a kid, so not my fault)

I drove the 63 in the snow once, lol. You have to pilot it like an oil tanker, lol. Hard to start off, hard to stop, and impossible to steer. :)

I have good results with starting an oiled pan out very hot. Then turn the heat down to low-medium after cracking the eggs in the pan. They will cook fast enough with the high heat in the beginning that they will tend to stay put.

The dune buggy project has escalated/snowballed. Now there’s a trailer in the mix.
😁
Of course it needs work, too. The 18' car hauler is beyond overkill for towing the buggy around (and heavier than it needs to be if I want to use the Grand Cherokee), and the 8' tilt utility trailer is too small. I picked up this 11' trailer for cheap today. It'll receive some modifications to tailor it to the dune buggy, but it should be perfect for hauling two ATV's around, too.

I have yet to see one in person.
Head to Fred's across the PCH from the Pier at Huntington Beach. Lots of fun cars to watch while jamming a drink and food. Feel like I saw everything but an MN12. Ferrari, Lambo, C2 Vette, new Vette, stang, really 60's bird, 69 GTO, Shelby Cobra, to name a few.

Daily travels last fall yielded a little bit of enshrinement into Google Street View. Three times, all within a week or so of each other, I drove past the car, all in nice weather (= T-bird time!). :)

It wasn't terribly beat up but the rust on the rockers was starting on the usual rear section.
